Shopniverse keyboards come with a 2-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover: Damage due to misuse, abuse, or accidents. Normal wear and tear. Unauthorized modifications or repairs. To initiate a warranty claim, contact support@shopniverse.com with proof of purchase and details of the issue.
